A Present from Belitung

A friend of mine sent me this picture of Belitung. She is enjoying her vacation over there at the moment. She sent this picture to cheer me up while doing my thesis in the winterland of the Netherlands. Hehehehe. Thank you, dear 🙂
It’s strange to say this, but I can’t wait to go back to Indonesia. To settle, that is. Now I know EXACTLY what I’m going to do!!! This excitement and the feeling of "know-what-to-do" override every other feeling, including my hesitation to settle there 🙂

I can’t wait for you to get here either!! So what it is EXACTLY you are going to do? How about come travel with me and see the beauty of Indonesia? Can’t just travel the world, but not our own gorgeous backyard, right?

Regarding what I wanna do… uhmm still very abstract but my friend has been showing me these job ads that seem so exciting! Working with NGO and stuff in Mentawai, NTT, or other parts of Indonesia (outside of Java). Soooo tempting!!! 🙂 It’ll be awesome if I can get this kind of job… working as well as traveling hahaha… then you’ll be able to visit me, huh? 😉
oooh how interesting!! yes, yes, go get those jobs.. the more remote the place, the better I say hahahah just make sure they have internet/phone connection!
